Children

Nursery

Cornerstone Church provides a safe, healthy, and loving environment for preschoolers to meet their spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and social needs.  Additionally, we seek to educate preschoolers through the teaching of Bible truths for Christ and the church.

We believe every child matters to God, and every child matters to us. On Sunday mornings, children experience a welcoming, safe environment where they can discover God's love, build friendships, and grow in their faith through engaging Bible lessons, worship, games, and hands-on activities. Our caring, screened volunteers partner with parents to help children know Jesus, grow in Jesus, and show others Jesus. Whether it's your family's first Sunday or you've been attending for years, we'd love to welcome your child.

What To Expect

On your first visit, look for the Children’s Check-In area. You'll be greeted by a staff member eager to meet your family and walk you through our check-in process. We'll be there every step of the way (right up to your child's room), so feel free to ask questions!

Because we value safety, we will need some information at that time including family member's name, child's name and birthday, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, etc.).

Secure Check-In

At Cornerstone, safety is a core value. That's why we have secure check-in system for our families.

Upon check-in, you'll receive matching identification stickers. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion, and you will need to keep the matching tag. After the service, you'll show the  leader your matching tag in order for your child to be released from his/her room.

In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will text message you. We ask that you immediately find a Children’s staff member or leader who will direct you to your child's room.

Our Wednesday Night Children's Ministry is one of the highlights of the week! During the school year, we invite children to join us for a delicious dinner followed by an evening filled with fun, friendships, and faith-building experiences. Through engaging Bible lessons, interactive activities, worship, games, and meaningful conversations, children are encouraged to grow in their relationship with Jesus and discover what it means to live as His disciple every day. More than just another midweek program, Wednesday nights are a place where children are known, loved, and challenged to know Jesus, grow in Jesus, and show others Jesus. We partner with parents to help lay a strong biblical foundation that equips children to follow Christ at home, at school, and wherever God leads them.
